Please note that Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park do not take your car keys.
Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions.

What do I do upon arrival?
When you arrive, drive to the entry barrier at the car park and insert the debit or credit card that was used to make your online booking. The barrier will rise allowing you to enter the car park. Please do not take a ticket from the barrier, as you may get charged extra when you leave the car park.

Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation or reference number with you.

If you do not have the card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different card. Simply press the buzzer at the barrier and quote your booking reference to the car park attendant.

What do I do on my return from holiday?
Please insert the same debit or credit card you used when you first entered the car park. The barrier will rise as soon as your card is recognised.

If you took a ticket when you first entered the car park, please press the buzzer at the exit barrier for help. You'll need to have your booking confirmation or reference ready to quote.

How often do the transfers run and are they included?
Transfers are included, take 11 minutes and run every 15 minutes

How do I get to the car park?
Leave M56 at Junction 5 for Manchester airport. At the traffic lights you will see the Hilton Hotel in front. Follow the signs for Cheadle leaving the Hilton Hotel on your right. At the next roundabout take the second exit, continuing down West Ringway Road. Proceed down this road to the traffic lights at the Total petrol Station, and turn right. Follow Styal Road for a short distance looking out for Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park on your right.

What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?
You can pay for any additional parking time on your return.

Rates for the car parks do vary depending on time of year so we are unable to supply an accurate cost of the extra days.

What is the distance to the airport?
1.5 miles

Do I need to hand my keys in?
No

Are there any disabled facilities?
Our car parks are DDA compliant, so all disabled customers are able to park in suitable places.

Is there a maximum car size, or any height restrictions?
Maximum height 2.2m (7ft 2in). Trailers are not permitted.

Is there anything else I need to know about the car park?
Shuttle buses run 24 hours a day at 15 minute intervals. Please allow sufficient time for your transfer to the terminal. On your return, catch the bus from the Shuttle Park bus stop back to the car park.

If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
